My name is Narisha Govender and I am the Recruitment Agent for Enshrine Placements. I have a wealth of knowledge coupled with work experience. I completed my B.Com degree with specialization in Human Resource Management (cum laude) majoring in Business Management and Psychology.
I have extensive work experience in Recruitment and Selection and Talent Profiling. I consider myself to be a target driven individual who is always willing to give off my very best! My work experience has contributed extensively towards the development of various skills that aid in productive work outputs.
My main objective is to build a strong and trusting relationship with my clients and candidates, to always provide efficient service delivery and to unleash my full potential.

What is the primary purpose of this position?
As a Recruitment Consultant, I am a vital link between clients and candidates. The primary purpose of my role is attracting candidates and matching them to suitable positions. Consultants also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
What are the core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order for you to achieve your primary purpose?
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Prioritizing as well as proper planning and time management.
A goal-orientated approach to work and tenacity are core elements that must operate effectively.
What are some of your greatest achievements?
For me, still my greatest achievement was working in the United States and completing a certificate at a recognized college. Exploring the world and meeting people from different walks of life certainly was an eye-opener for me.
If you were to illuminate your skills and abilities along with your greater purpose and passions in life, how would you describe yourself?
I am a people’s person, hence my career choice. On the one hand I am very reserved, loyal and hard working whilst I can also be very assertive when and if the need arises. I possess strong leadership qualities, am very focused and target-driven and can meet deadlines. My greatest skill is resilience and this is an important characteristic as a Recruitment Agent as I am able to bounce back from disappointment or failure.
What do you absolutely love doing?
On a more personal note, I absolutely love spending time with my daughter as she is my “pride and joy”.
