Ensure tenders are correctly drafted, and advice thereof, until tender is awarded, thereafter the monitoring of contractors to ensure compliance.
Project manage multiple Telecommunications projects.

Creativeness of tender stipulations.
Ensure that the acceptable work is completed, the contract is paid according to the tender/contract conditions.
Contract acceptance of conditions as per tender when bidding for a project.

Always aware of stakeholders; excellent networker – good at completing contracts whilst interacting with Legal, SCM, Contract Management.

8. Achievements: 

Continuation of the construction of Telecommunications facilities due to the fact that a ROE variance arose from the contractors, liaised internal and external parties to resolve the matter.
Intervened in the Telkom mast space rental, prior to eviction and court interdict. Liaised with many internal and external parties to resolve the matter.
Finalised all issues pertaining to interconnect with Teraco to ensure 3rd parties could be connected to the City web.
Finalised all issues pertaining to the selling of City Infrastructure to with ICASA.
Resolved payment and award from AFRNIC to ensure that internet to the world could continue for the City.
All of the above was done solely by myself.
