I am most happy when I can make a client happy, or seeing a project come off and being optimised, then seeing the project producing as it should (or better!). I love building relationships with clients. I do not want to just sell them a piece of equipment. I want to provide solutions, optimise their projects, help them raise their production and profits and always offer them the best after-sales service and support. Being able to maintain a good business relationship with clients is very important to me.

Was instrumental in introducing and selling the first large mining machine, designed for a specific mining purpose, manufactured by our company into Africa and Southern Africa. The machine is unique and new technology to the local mining community. The project involved extensive project management ranging from shipping costs and packing list, to commissioning and training, to after-sales support and service contracts.

What do you absolutely love doing?

In the workplace, I love solving problems, creating a process chain that makes sense to a client and optimises his production and profits, then being able to convert it into an order and supplying the equipment and seeing the client happy.
In my private life, I love working with my hands (woodwork, metalwork), and fly fishing.
