The initial planning of the business strategy to follow and understanding of the difference Africa markets of which i have 14 years experience in from Sub Saharan Africa and have done some business in Mahgreb and North Africa. To go into Africa one has to understand the market itself that factors that affect these markets, Political situation, financial situation and the strategy to take advantage of opportunities in the markets, doing business in Africa is really hard and frequent visits helps to ensure that dealers are well supported and the business is grown.

I am hard working goals driven individual and willingly to go beyond normal duties to achieve the desired results with a great understanding of international markets/ countries, and many professional associations in the governments of the different countries,

Extensive Experience in the Construction and mining industry, forklift industry, motor vehicle industry, Heavy commercial industry, Crushing and screening (Mobile and Static Plant), etc


At CNHI Industrial in two and half years grew market Share for Case and New Holland from 0.6% to 12.4% in 16 countries, grew wholesale volume from 80 units in 16 countries to 260 units in 2 1/2 years. Stabilized the dealers in the difference markets/countries. introduced the Compaction Case range of Equipment into Africa markets and grew market share to 15% in one year.

For Barloworld Equipment Metso Division grew the Business to R 750mil in 4 1/2 years, was in the executive management team, parts were at 95% service level, 6.2 stock turn PA, with a dead stock rate of 0.6%. annual parts turnover grew from R 12,000 pm to R 45 mil PA sustainably.
