What do you absolutely love doing?

I love tackling challenges head on and breaking them down into manageable portions which can be tackled individually by team members, and then experiencing the satisfaction of all the pieces of that puzzle coming together through smart work and contribution by all. I enjoy the idea generation and feasibility phases of projects, where innovative ideas are bounced around the room by the team, and each option teased open to identify a potential solution. I find my energy levels are greatest in this type of creative environment. I enjoy discussing challenges and possible solutions with senior knowledgeable personnel and trying to extract information from them, or discussing my ideas with them to obtain feedback or buy-in.
